Sensitive Personal Data
The studio processes health information to support appropriate acupuncture services and treatment. Health data is processed only when necessary for the provision of healthcare services.
Medicine Body Studio may also perform a COV (Controle op Verzekeringsgegevens) check to verify a client’s health insurance coverage. For this purpose, the client’s citizen service number (BSN) and date of birth may be required when verifying insurance information.
The COV service is not used for identification purposes. It is used solely to confirm insurance status and insurer details.
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
